Storage Information
We can only allow 3 months of free storage, starting from the date of purchase. After which, there will be a storage fee of $100.00 per order per month.
Delivery
Upon order confirmation, we will drop you an email/call to arrange for a delivery date and time, so do ensure the email address/phone number is entered correctly at the check-out.
We deliver on weekdays with two time slots (9am-12pm and 12pm-5pm) on each day. Orders will be delivered via our own delivery courier and delivery slots may vary. Please inform us at least 10 working days in advance before your desired delivery date to avoid any disputes.
For all orders (sanitary wares, fittings, accessories), a signature is required upon delivery after checking the products. Please kindly ensure that someone is present to receive them.
Should you require multiple deliveries to the same or different addresses for a single order, an additional charge of $60 per delivery will apply.
Delivery will be until the customer’s apartment with good proper lift access only.
Free shipping for orders above $500.
Orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate of $60
Goods Acceptance
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to inspect the goods. Defects discovered at this point must be raised to the delivery team and the goods can be returned.
Goods that have been accepted cannot be subsequently be returned on the basis of defects.

Self-Collection
Upon order confirmation, we will start preparing your order accordingly and a text message will be sent to the phone number provided during check-out to inform customers that their order is ready to be picked up.
We offer self-collection at two locations. Please see below for more information:
