Smart Hygiene Management System

Our Smart Hygiene Management System enables Facilities Management to virtually manage their toilets via an array of sensors. Our sensors capture real-time data on facility usage, people counter, odour level and stock levels, reducing the need for random spot checks, saving time, cost and resources. Schedule based cleaning can also be switched to on-demand based cleaning. FM team will be notified immediately if any hygiene or operational issues like leaks or breakdowns occur.

It is ideal for places with high footfall, such as airports, shopping malls, stadiums, hospitals, and schools.

Common Challenges Faced

Delay in timely cleaning and top up of washroom consumables, causing a decline in customer satisfaction.

High dependency on and declining supply of manpower resources.

Limited data collection, lack of real time utility data to manage cleaning and maintenance frequency

Manual record tracking, risk of inconsistent record keeping, loss of physical copies etc

How our system works

Our Smart Hygiene Management System manages a variety of sensors to enable a smart toilet environment. It consists of sensors for ammonia, people, consumables, and trash bins. These sensors monitor the usage, occupancy, and supply levels of the restroom facilities. By analysing this data, facility managers can efficiently manage resources such as manpower according to the needs of each facility. The sensors utilize a combination of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other networks to transmit information to a website and mobile application. This allows users to monitor the status of the toilet facilities remotely and in real time. Notifications will be sent to users to inform them when the toilets need cleaning or top-ups.

Benefits

Real-time Tracking of Toilet Cleanliness

Our system uses advanced BLE sensors to track inventory levels in real-time, alerting you when consumable is running low or when maintenance is required. This ensures that your guests always have access to the supplies they need, while reducing waste and minimizing unnecessary manual checks.

Improve Labour Efficiency

Our automated system alerts you when the toilet needs cleaning, and even schedules cleaning based on usage. Cleaner-to-toilet ratio will be improved drastically, without compromising cleanliness standards.

Reduce Operational Cost

By optimizing cleaning schedules and reducing the need for manual checks, our System can help you save on labour and operational costs. With real-time insights into your restroom operations, you can make more informed decisions about resource allocation.

Greater Customer Satisfaction

There will be greater visitor satisfaction as response time from cleaners will be quicker and instances where users encounter consumable “run outs” will decrease significantly. Real time alerts will ensure that users will get the best experience for every visit.

Case Study

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital

Fullsun has deployed a wide range of simple BLE sensors at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Iconic Toilet to enable their facility manager team to monitor the cleanliness of the toilets remotely. These smart sensors include ammonia sensors, people counters, trash bin sensors, soap fill level sensors and toilet paper fill level sensors. By tracking bathroom usage, occupancy and stock levels of restroom amenities, facility managers can optimise the allocation of resources such as manpower based on the utility of each facility.

Case Study

Far East Flora

We are proud to be the sanitary wares and smart hygiene system supplier to the newly constructed Far East Flora Building. We deployed ammonia sensor, people counter, trash bin sensor, water meter sensors and fill level sensors to their toilets. By providing real time data and alerts to the cleaning team, building management can formulate preventive maintenance plan for optimisation of resource management.
